I just discovered how easy it is to add a search option for this blog site.  Now, you can search to see if I have already written about a book or author that you like, too.

For example, you can type in "help," and see that I recommended The Help in April 2009.  Or, search for Verghese to find Cutting for Stone in June 2009.

I hope being able to search makes it easier for you to use the "Northwoods Reader" blog, and hope you will continue to recommend it to your friends, too.

Hi Carmen,
This is Betty from Blue Grass. I have been following your book site all along and love it. Have a good book to recommend to you: "Surrendered" by Chang Rae-Lee. It is a real page turner and I read it in record time.

I've read several that you suggested too and find that we do, indeed, enjoy the same type of books. FUN! I'm in the book club with Sharon Brooks and she enjoyed "Surrendered" too.
